Hello... :)Hello,
I am a survivor of R*pe and sexual assaults. I am pretty vocal about it all... about most things. I am learning to reconnect to my feelings, which has been eye opening. It is amazing how you can think you are present with yourself... and one day... all sorts of feelings from past events pop up and smack you across the face. I think traumatic events can bring ground you and purely connect you to yourself, to your spirituality, and to what truly matters in this world.
I have learned so much about this world since my last assault and am trying to find a place for it all within me... and for my life. I am learning patience with myself and with this long journey of processing my body's reaction to being raped.
